Interesting Video on String Theory's Ten DImensions

The scientists and the spiritualists seem to be growing closer together again!! Interesting video on String theory's ten dimensions on infiniteinfinity.tv . It's interesting that Earth is said to be growing in consciousness as well. Is there a connection between that and the rise in the number of the scientist's number of dimensions?

I find it interesting as well that the 5th dimension in String Theory deals with being able to make choices NOW! HUGE breakthrough it seems for the scientist types.

I want to watch it more to let it sink in even deeper.

It is said that part of the reason one achieves other states of consciousness is to be of service to all sentient beings. The Masters are often seen as examples of being of service to humanity. When we call upon Jesus or Buddha for help, They are there to help. They are said to be able to split their consciousness into 900,000 (infinite?) parts to be more able to receive cries for help.

Another role of the Masters is said to be to point the way to the God of your Being. They themselves are not the object of worship, but God. The role of the Masters may be necessary to understand the profundity of the level of service that God is said to perform. One view of the situation is that as a result of how much God Loves us, God reproduced God enough times to create not only this reality, but all realities--consciously being not only the green tea, but the steam, the aroma, and the physical and etheric vehicles and beings drinking the tea as well.

We do not have to Love God. We were given free choice to do so or not, and many do not, but are still given air, rainbows, wine, kitties, and the many other pleasures of existence.

The sound of the universe or the Audible Life Stream could be the sound of the construct of this reality being put together and continuously manifested and re-manifested to give us the experience of linear time and such.

The saying, "As above, so below" could apply here as well. As previously mentioned, there could be a link to what Sharon Shalana Hillis, Kuthumi and Archangel Jophiel describe as the main Electron or the heart of God, and the electrons in atoms. Recent models of the atom view electrons as entering and exiting the "nucleus" of the atom, which can be looked at as being analogous to the Ascension process; with beings entering and exiting God's heart, and the elements of this reality being projected from that Electron as a projection of consciousness.

God is a chair and all chairs, and does so dutifully. God does not look for recognition or approval or expect love. God is just all chairs.

Slavery Abolished in the 19th century??

It is said that Slavery was ended at the hand of Abraham Lincoln. You'd think that would mean the black man lived on happily ever after. Oh no my friends. Many people are still slaves.... Think of the racism, according to the right wing media , it faded out in the 60's?? I think not my friends..The oppression grew and grew.....I was in Bellingham 3 or so years ago, I went down there with my Family, My Nephew who is Jamaican was playing in the playspace at the centre of the mall, within three minutes all the white people, must have been about 15 including their children ,Just happened to all be going to the food court, my nephew was left there alone....he had a blast though, we made it as fun as we could, and when we were finished there,and had walked away.... the white people starting looming around again....Isolated incident?????

"True visualization," he answered, "is God's attribute and Power of Sight, acting in the mind of man. When one consciously pictures in his mind a desire he wishes fulfilled, he is using one of the most powerful means of bringing it into his visible, tangible experience. There is much confusion and uncertainty in the minds of many, concerning what actually happens, when one visualizes or makes a mental picture of something he desires. No form ever came into existence anywhere in the universe, unless some one had consciously held a picture of that form in his thought, for every thought contains a picture of the idea within it. Even an abstract thought has a picture of some kind, or at least a picture that is one's mental concept of it.

"I will give you an exercise by which one may develop, consciously control, and direct his visualizing activities for definite accomplishment. There are several steps to the process which every student can use at any and all times. The practice does bring visible, tangible results, when really applied. The first step is to determine upon a definite plan or desire to be fulfilled. In this, see that it is constructive, honorable, and worthy of your time and effort. Be sure to examine your motive for bringing such a creation into expression. It must be honest, both toward yourself and the rest of the world, not merely to follow a whim or gratify appetites of the physical senses. Remember there is a vast difference between use, desire, and appetite. Use is the fulfilling of the Great Universal Law of Service. Desire is the expanding activity of God through which manifestation is constantly sustained and is Perfection enlarging itself. Appetite is but habit established by the continues gratification of the feeling nature, and is but energy, focused and qualified by suggestions from the outer activity of life.

Be very sure that there is no lurking feeling within, that you would be glad to benefit at the expense of another. A real student, and only such a one will get the benefit out of this kind of training, takes the reins into his own hands and determines to discipline and consciously control the human self. He chooses what shall or shall not be in his world and through the process of picturing within his mind, designs and brings into manifestation a definitely determined plan of life.

"The second step is to state your plan in words as concisely and clearly as possible. Write this down. Thus, you make a record of your desire in the outer, visible, tangible world. The third step is to close the eyes and see within your mind a mental picture of your desire or plan in its finished, perfect condition and activity.

"Contemplate the fact that your ability to create and see a picture within your own consciousness is God's attribute of sight, acting in you. The activity of seeing and the power to create are attributes of your God Self, which you know and feel is within you at all times. God's Life and Power are acting within your consciousness to propel into your outer world, the picture you are seeing and feeling within yourself.

"Keep reminding the intellect that the ability to picture is an attribute of God--the attribute of sight. The power to feel, experience, and associate with the perfected picture is God's power. The substance used in the world without, to make the form in your picture and plan, is God's pure substance. Then you must know, God is the Doer, the Doing, and the Deed of every constructive form and action that ever has been sent forth into the world of manifestation. When you thus use all the constructive processes, it is impossible for your plan not to come into your visible world.

"Read your desire or plan over, as many times in the day as possible and always just before retiring, because on going to sleep, immediately after completing the picture in your own mind a full impression is left upon the human consciousness undisturbed for a number of hours enabling it to be recorded deeply in the outer activity, and allowing the force to be generated and accumulated, which propels it into the outer experience Life. In this way, you can carry any desire or picture into your consciousness, as it enters the Great Silence in sleep. There it becomes charged by God's Greatest Power and Activity which is always within the Heart of the Great Silence.

"Under no circumstances discuss either your desire or the fact that you are visualizing with anyone whatsoever. This is imperative. Do not talk to yourself about it out loud, or even in a whisper for you should realize that the greater the accumulation of energy generated by your visualization, contemplation, and feeling the reality of your picture, the quicker it will come into your outer experience.

"Thousands of desires, ambitions, or ideals would have manifested into the outer experience of individuals, if they had not discussed them with friends or acquaintances. When you decide to definitely bring about an experience, through consciously directed visualization, you become The Law--God--the\Law of the 'One,' to whom there is no opposite.

Mathew does not wear wrist watches to help with detachment from linear time, but has a clock on his cell phone for interfacing with linear or clock time is desired. Linear or clock time can be looked at as being based on the spinning of our planet. Being based in clock time can make operating in no-time a bit difficult if there untimately is no time. Organizers can be used to remind us of important events, and allow us to free our minds from being based in clock time. "It's 3:00. Now it's 3:05. 3:06. 3:06:25...

Organizers can also be used to remind us to do our Light work or Light play.

The No-Thingness

If anyone meditates in/on the No-Thingness, in your heart or in the heart of God (same thing IMHO) what does it look like to you? In the Osho cards, it is black. In the movie "The Matrix," although in a computer (same idea), it's white. :-)

Reading the Sharon Hillis books, they refer to a state called the nothingness, spacelessness in Infinity, where a being is expanding consciousness at the rate that the consciousness of Father-Mother god is expanding consciousness. It expands in NO-TIME, not linear time, so it is already expanded to Infinity. :-)

They refer to colors that are not on Earth, and everything being made of The Clear Light of God, which takes on the form of holograms, which become solidified in this reality because of it's low vibratory rate.

What color is it for you? Does it have a color?

If your word is your power, please be careful when using the name of the being that is Love itself to damn things. Using the power of a name of the being that is consciously All Universes in the manifest and unmanifest could quite possibly be harnessing quite a bit of power. Plugging that into the cause and effect model, and operating at the cause point could allow a being to re-create their existence / reality.

What if every word you uttered came true instantly? What if you were required to follow through on everything you said? How would your language change? Would you be able to talk at all?

Update 2005: "The Power of Language" (March/April 2002) is back by popular demand. When we first published this article, readers wrote in by the dozens, intrigued by the power of speaking intentionally versus the potentially destructive force of careless speech. Living a healthy way of life includes developing greater personal awareness of our choices — especially in our declarations about who we are, what we desire and how we might like things to be different. For more than 10 years, Cat Thompson has presented seminars on this topic, and she says she's seen many people transformed by the experience. "It's quite an eye-opener," she notes, "because we are so often unaware of how powerful our words are, or how powerfully we respond to our own verbal suggestions." For insight on how intentionality can also improve the quality of your internal and external dialogue, check out "Language Barriers" (March/April 2003) and "Power Trip" (July/August 2004).

Language. It's the preferred method of communication in our culture — the fuel we use to empower our desires, and to direct and align our energy. Language has immense power, and its impact depends entirely on how we wield it.

Because words are so often used automatically and unconsciously, we have learned to treat them lightly. In daily conversation, we speak the majority of our words from habit, convenience and social obligation rather than from clear intent.

If we realized the potential that language has to create and transform our lives, we would pay a great deal more attention to our utterances. We'd be as determined to get our language "in shape" as we are to master and hone our bodies.

Whether or not we realize it, we are constantly using language to evolve our ideas and beliefs into concrete reality. By becoming more aware of the impact and power of language, we can make more conscious, insightful choices about how we express ourselves and how we interpret others. Consider, for example . . .

The Power of "I"

"I" is a super-charged word. When you say, "I am," the words that follow speak volumes — to yourself and others — about how you define yourself.

"I have, I choose, I love, I enjoy, I can, I will" are also words of strong intent. When we feel powerful, we naturally employ these kinds of "I" statements. When we feel less powerful or fear that our power will create conflict, we tend to water down our words, either by avoiding "I," by saying "I don't know" or "I am not sure," or by following "I" with other ambivalent, unclear statements.

"I think I can," for example, doesn't have much power compared with "I know I can" or "I can" or "I will." Neither does "I guess so" — a red flag to your listener that even if you agree to something, your heart will not be in it. "I can't" is a strong statement of victimization, implying that circumstances outside of your control are running things, and you have no power to change them.

Another common phrase — "I want" — tends to distance us from the things we yearn for rather than bringing them closer. "Want" means "to desire without having." So, by establishing ourselves in a state of "want," we set ourselves up to forever pine for something we accept as out of reach.

Substituting "I have" for "I want" is a good way of projecting ourselves mentally into the realm of having and can also make us aware of all the unconscious reasons why we do not yet have the thing we are wanting. Practice using "I have" or "I choose" instead of "I want" and see what kinds of reactions you observe in yourself.

Manipulation and Coercion

So much of the way we present our ideas has to do with what we expect in return. If we are afraid our idea or request will be rejected, we may use language that is confusing and indirect. In this way, we have a chance of "snaring" someone into agreeing they don't quite understand.

For example, rather than saying "I would like some help organizing my studio on Saturday — would you be willing to help me?" we might say, "What are you doing on Saturday?" After finding out our listener isn't busy, we might sigh, "I just feel so overwhelmed by my life these days. I have so much to do and not time to do it, and I am just sick of struggling to do everything by myself."

Eager to stop this flow of despair, our friends may "offer" to help, yet some part of them may be resentful that they were not presented a clear request and the opportunity to make a straightforward choice.

Using language to manipulate is costly in terms of energy. Using direct and honest language frees up that energy to be more playful and present with those you love. Practice asking for what you need in a more direct manner. You may be surprised at the level of fun and enthusiasm that returns to your relationships.

Vagueness and Ambivalence

When we utter committed and direct statements, we know we will be expected to follow through on them. So we sometimes devise very subtle ways of sending messages about whether we are really willing to do what we say, or whether our listener can expect us to bail out of our agreements.

"I'll try" is a perfect example. If I tell someone "I'll try," I may be subtly sending the message that I have given myself a choice about completion, or that it won't be my fault if I don't get it done. Essentially, this phrase tells your listener that you are giving yourself permission to fail. It may also be a covert way of guilt-tripping your listener into accepting a less-than-wholehearted commitment or an eventual refusal.

"I'll try" can also be designed to let someone know you have the power to either withhold your consent of "graciously" bestow it. "I'll try" may come out when we are looking for recognition that we consent to share our precious energy and time, and that our effort is worthy of appreciation. It may also signal that we are overwhelmed but still willing to make room for the request.

On the other hand, in some cases "I'll try" is fair warning that a person will not try. So how can we tell what someone means when they say "I'll try" or "I guess" (or that mother of all ambivalencies: "whatever")? Words and phrases mean different things to different people. Depending on our own filters and circumstances, we may hear any of these words as eager, open, resentful or downright hostile, and in fact their intent can vary enormously from speaker to speaker.

When in doubt, your best option is to ask for clarification. You can also try the "active listening method," in which you play back to the speaker what you've interpreted from her communication, even if that understanding is vague: "So what I hear you saying is that you may not make it on Monday." Whether she corrects or confirms your impression, you have a better idea of where she stands.

If you find yourself speaking with vague and general language, take a moment to ask yourself how you can get your message across simply, directly and with conviction. If you are afraid of offending someone or appearing hard or challenging, you may be unconsciously diffusing your words to be more acceptable to others. Do some soul-searching to assess whether your need to me accepted is overriding your ability to own your ideas and assert your own power.

Verbal Runoff

Generally, the more words you use to say something, the less power those words have. Feel the difference between a 12-word sentence and a five-word sentence. Practice using as few words as possible to get your message across. People who ramble, or who just like to hear themselves speak, get boring very quickly. If you find yourself in a conversational lull or realize you have nothing to say, graciously accept the silence, simply listening to it and to whatever comes next.

As you become more comfortable with silence, more comfortable being powerful and more conscious of your word choices, your language will reflect your increased conviction and commitment. When you no longer waste words by using them as "filler," the words you do speak will have more power behind them. Be willing to speak your desired outcomes and state what is true to you. You will quickly discover what a powerful and transformative ally language can be.

SIDEBAR: Conscious Language

According to Robert Tennyson Stevens, founder of Mastery Systems and the creator of a personal-development method called Conscious Languaging, our choice of language can either hamper or enhance our ability to create the experiences of our choosing.

"Language is our fundamental software," explains Stevens. "It is the operating system that supports our thoughts and actions."

Because our beliefs and behaviors are heavily influenced by our personal language "programs," suggests Stevens, by consciously monitoring and choosing our language, we can effectively reprogram our lives. By "upgrading" our language choices, Steves asserts, we can upgrade our attitudes, belief systems and life patterns.

So how does one perform such an upgrade? For those who desire guidance and coaching, Stevens offers a series of workshops and audiotapes that teach the principles of Conscious Languaging. For starters, Stevens advocates consistently adjusting one's vocabulary and mindset in several key ways:

Remember that speaking is a self-fulfilling prophecy. Where your words lead, your mind and body will follow, so speak and think only that which you choose to have come into reality — now and continuously.

Keep your language first-person personal. Talk from your own experience and don't say "you" when you really mean "I."

Speak about the present moment whenever possible. Rather than recount stories about what happened before and how you felt then, focus on and say what you are experiencing now.

Be specific and direct. Don't pollute your language by talking in circles, using conditionals (would, could, so that), taking on vague modifiers (sort of, in a way), or saying things you don't really mean.

Speak powerfully and positively. Forgo the language limitation (I can't, I don't, I won't, I want, I need) for the language of empowerment and choice (I can, I am, I will, I choose, I have, I love, I create, I enjoy).

Whenever you say the words "I am," the words that follow are a declaration and are experienced by your subconscious self as a direct order. Statements like "I am broke," "I'm confused" or "I'm so fat" only tend to reinforce those states. Instead, directly express how you feel about your current reality (sad, scared, hopeless), and then declare what you choose be and do instead.

Hello Friends!

As everyone on Earth is riding the waves of Cosmic Energies which constantly wash over the planet, it is quite natural for one to question whether or not he/she is really steering their own ship. One may ask, "Is there an outside force that is propelling me?" The simple answer is an emphatic NO! There is, however, an "Inner Force," an Inner Power (to use a popular metaphor), that is intuitively known to exist, which always seeks to help one navigate the Ocean of Life, and it is this Divine Inner Force which constantly asks, "Are you ready and willing, in this moment, to accept my love and guidance?"

It is true that every day and every moment is a fresh opportunity to step up and affirm, "Yes, I accept my Inner Guidance, right now! What is the next step?" You see, an important first step is taken in mustering up the courage to even affirm, "Yes, I accept." This is called Opening to Receive. Then, in sincerely asking what is the next step, the individual seeker is actually taking ANOTHER STEP. This leaves us with this insight: After asking, "What is the next step?" the seeker may want to mentally backtrack and acknowledge the brave steps that were already taken! This is, in itself, a powerful "next step," and one which anyone can choose to take anytime.

It takes love and courage to step into the Great Beyond, and this is exactly what this "11-11 Pleiadian Portal" is all about. It is where the conscious seeker can tap into a very powerful Inner Source of Power, with the assistance of a group consciousness of Beings of Light (and not only the Pleiadians, I will add). The "secret" is this: You ARE the "Pleiadian Portal" if you so choose to be! You are indeed already a "Human Portal," meaning that you are a Focus Point of Divine Light that is allowing the manifestation (incarnation) of your human self/identity.

The Pleiadians do not wish to "take your power away," (and no one really can, even if they try) and it is thus that they devise simple ways in which they can assist humans in opening their hearts to receive more Divine Love & Light. The Portal is already open (as of today, November 8), and it is timed in conjunction with the Mercury Transit, which represents a "Portal of Acceleration and Communication." YOU are Divinely Powerful in your own right, and possess the inner courage to take the Golden Step into the Great Beyond, which is really the Infinite NOW-Moment!

This Portal is specifically designed to help Lightworkers attune their Heart Chakras to DIVINE INTUITION. Of course, many, many are already highly attuned in this manner, but since there is really no linear "end" to this Ascension Process, even those that are most adept at being clear channels are still evolving and expanding their Heart Chakras, not to mention the other chakras.

The Higher Heart Chakra, which is represented by the thymus gland (which is a small gland located in the upper chest), is expanding to let in more Divine Love & Light, and as it does it thereby expands both the (lower) Heart Chakra and the Throat Chakra, creating more balance and harmony in making it easier to speak from the heart!

The Cutting Edge of Ascension: Information and Techniques

As of September 1994 there were five hundred Ascended Masters on the surface of Planet Earth who had completed their ascension. I mention the surface of the Earth here, for there are another three hundred added to this accounting if you include the Ascended Masters in the hollow Earth. There is a grand total of somewhere between one thousand eight hundred and two thousand five hundred Ascended Masters if you include the etheric Ascended Masters who no longer retain physical vehicles; this number includes many of the Ashtar Command and Ascended Masters in the spiritual government on the inner plane who are currently focused on the Earth's surface.

Of the five hundred Ascended Masters who are physicalized and on the surface, thirty of them have just recently completed their ascension and are students of Djwhal Khul or members of his ashram.

It is important to understand here that there is a big difference between what might be termed a kindergarten Ascended Master and an Ascended Master who has completed his ascension. This can be explained by the fact that there are seven major initiations that all who travel the spiritual path must traverse. These seven major initiations were delineated quite clearly by the Theosophical movement headed by Madam Blavatsky and in the Alice Bailey books written by the Ascended Master Djwhal Khul. This information was further expanded by the Tibetan Foundation which was headed by the phenomenal channel, Janet McClure. My wife Terri and I and my dear friend and spiritual sister Marcia Dale Lopez have connections with all three movements, and our current work is to bring forth a part of the next dispensation of information from Djwhal Khul and the Spiritual Hierarchy as we mutually anchor Djwhal's ashram on the East and West Coasts.

Of the five thousand Ascended Masters predicted for Wesak (May 1995), approximately 2,500 will be completing their sixth and the other 2,500 of the kindergarten variety, which means again just taking the beginning of the sixth. Melchizedek told us that there would be approximately 30,000 Ascended Masters on the planet by the year 2000 of both the completed and kindergarten variety. After the year 2000, there is the potential for this number to jump at a much larger rate.

By the year 2000, Melchizedek said there could be 5,000 to 10,000 completed seventh degree initiates on the planet.

I also asked about walkins. I was given a figure of there being 250,000 walkins on the planet. I would take these numbers with a grain of salt, because the future is always changing as we use our free choice, however they do provide some perspective and ball park figures for the planetary ascension process.

I used to be confused about why the masters called ascension the sixth initiation rather than the seventh. The reason for this is that you achieve ascension at the sixth initiation, but you don't complete ascension until taking the seventh sublevel between the sixth and seventh major initiations. In other words, there are seven sublevels between each of the seven major initiations. A kindergarten Ascended Master has just taken the sixth initiation. This signifies complete freedom from the wheel of rebirth, and in the past it meant the death of the physical vehicle. In more recent times, most kindergarten Ascended Masters have usually remained on Earth to serve. Upon evolving through the seven sublevels of the sixth initiation they officially complete their ascension. Shortly thereafter, they take their seventh initiation, which marks total completion of the ascension, the sixth initiation.

The seventh initiation is the final and last initiation that can be taken on the physical plane. When you first take the seventh, you are considered a kindergarten seventh degree initiate. There are seven sublevels you must evolve through to complete this initiation. Upon reaching the seventh sublevel of the seventh initiation, all initiations stop until you leave the physical plane. You cannot take the eighth initiation without losing the physical vehicle.

In some systems of spiritual growth there has been reference to three sublevels between each of the seven major initiations. This is the system used by Brian Grattan in Mahatma I & II. He speaks of twelve initiations rather than seven. Djwhal told Marcia and me that the two systems of looking at the initiation process are the same up to the sixth initiation. The seventh, eighth, and ninth initiations in Brian's system are the three sublevels of the sixth initiation I spoke of. Initiations ten, eleven, and twelve are the three sublevels of the seventh initiation. In other words, full completion of the seventh initiation in Djwhal Khul's system would be the same as the twelfth initiation in Brian Grattan's system. I share this so there may be greater unification and understanding between these two useful systems.

The seventh initiation is full merger with the logoic, or seventh, plane of reality. I use the term plane here, rather than dimension, for the seventh initiation is the merging with the sixth dimension of reality. Ascension is the merging with the fifth dimension of reality. It is the seventh initiation at which the advanced ascension skills such as teleportation, walking on water, and materialization are potentially, but not automatically, acquired. Djwhal Khul has also told us that the highest Light quotient you can hold without losing the physical vehicle is 98%. At the completion of the seventh initiation you retain this level of Light quotient until leaving the Earthly plane. The seventh degree initiate is usually a teacher on a more global scale, which is not necessarily true of a sixth degree initiate.

The Earth is also in the same initiation process and when she completes her seventh initiation, she will actually disappear and ascend also and take her eighth initiation on the inner plane.

This issue of building your Light quotient is one of the most important factors in attaining the advanced initiations. For the sake of review, the third initiation requires a minimum of 56% Light quotient; the fourth initiation requires 62% Light quotient; the fifth initiation requires 75% Light quotient; the sixth initiation, or ascension, requires 80% to 83% Light quotient; the seventh initiation requires a minimum of 92% Light quotient.

In finishing up this discussion on the process of how to complete your ascension and move on to the seventh initiation, there are a few other interesting pieces of information I would like to share. There has been almost no information on the seventh initiation available on this plane. The little we do have is from Djwhal Khul through Alice Bailey. However, Djwhal wrote most of those books as a fifth degree initiate and inner plane sixth degree initiate. The information of fifty years ago was very sketchy.

The seventh initiation is merger with the Planetary Logos and Shamballa, the will aspect of the Creator of Planet Earth. It is full merger with the monad whereas ascension is only 80% to 83% merger. It is the seventh initiation that begins the process of transcending physical laws. There is a core group of people in Djwhal's ashram who are now preparing to take this initiation.

The seventh initiation creates a complete implosion of energy in the heart chakra. It creates a whole new unified chakra system which, metaphorically, is like the creation of a new star system. The seventh initiation is a complete commitment to service, to group consciousness, and to the relinquishment of negative ego and separateness. You become a concentrated point of living Light. It gives you the right to come and go in the courts of Shamballa. It has been referred to esoterically as the initiation of resurrection. Lord Maitreya took his seventh on the cross at the death of the Master Jesus. As an initiate, you have found your way back to your originating source, or that state of existence known as Shamballa. You have officially become a seventh degree Melchizedek. At the taking of the seventh initiation an even higher electrical force is transmitted by Sanat Kumara through his rod of initiation, which signified, full completion. You do not complete your seventh initiation until you stabilize your Light quotient at the 97% to 98% level. Djwhal said that you aren't really in the seventh until you are at the 94% Light quotient level. You touch the very edges of it as early as the 89% level of Light quotient; however, you aren't fully in the seventh until the 94% level.

There are five thousand people scheduled to complete their ascension as of Wesak, the festival of the Buddha at the full moon of May of 1995. At that time there will be five hundred people on the Earth who will have completed their seventh initiation. In September of 1994 there were two hundred people on the surface of the Earth who had completed the seventh initiation. Sanat Kumara and the Hierarchy have earmarked as many as five hundred thousand people to complete their ascension by the year 2000 which is close to but not at the end of the ascension window of which Vywamus has spoken.

I want to make it clear that these higher initiations occur in groups or waves. It can be likened to a sports team. Even though there may be star players on any team who score more points than the others, all get the same championship award if the team wins. The gains of one are shared by all. This removes all sense of competition or comparing. The process can also be likened to a puzzle. All have a part to play; even though some of you might have a bigger puzzle piece than others, the puzzle cannot be completed unless each of you plays your part. Another example Djwhal has used is an emergency room: the ambulance driver, receptionist, orderlies, nurses, and doctors all must do their parts in perfect cooperation. In terms of the initiation process, all will take the same initiation, even though one job may be more glamorous than another.

The Masters are not looking for glamour but rather for each initiate to do his or her job for the greater ashramic work and the fulfillment of the Divine Plan. My job, for example, is to write books and teach. My wife's job is to channel. Marcia's job is to run Djwhal Khul's ashram in New York. Each of you has your own part to play and there are many others who are a part of the puzzle upon whom you rely as much as they rely on your doing your part. The fastest path to ascension and completion of the seventh initiation is to play your Divine part perfectly!

Ascension Techniques

The following ascension techniques are some of the most advanced, cutting-edge ascension techniques you will find anywhere on Planet Earth. They are exciting additions to the twenty techniques listed in Chapter 4. Practice them with regularity and I personally guarantee you extraordinary results. I can say this based on both theoretical and experiential knowledge.

Ascension Technique Number Twenty-one

One of the most extraordinary pieces of information I have come across in my continuing research is the existence of actual ascension seats on Planet Earth and throughout the universe. The following list includes the ones I have uncovered so far.

A. The golden chamber of Melchizedek in the universal core;
B. Lenduce's ashram ascension seat at the galactic level;
C. The ascension seat in Melchior's ashram in the galactic core;
D. The ascension seat in the solar core in the chamber of Helios;
E. The ascension seat in Shamballa, the home of Sanat Kumara;
F. The ascension seat on the Arcturian spacecraft called the Light Synthesis Chamber;
G. The ascension seat in Table Mountain, Wyoming, called the Atomic Accelerator;
H. The ascension seat in the Great Pyramid of Giza in the king's chamber;
I. The ascension seat in Mount Shasta;
J. The ascension seat in Telos, the underground city one mile below Mount Shasta;
K. The ascension seat on Commander Ashtar's ship;
L. The ascension seat in Africa in an underground exterrestrial craft;
M. The ascension seat in the center of the middle Earth in Melchizedek's Golden Chamber;
N. The ascension seat in Serapis Bey's ascension retreat in Luxor.

These fourteen ascension seats are, in my opinion, truly one of the golden keys to achieving and completing your ascension. Use them as much as possible. All you have to do is ask very simply in meditation to be taken to the ascension seat of your choosing and you are instantly there in your spiritual body. You will immediately feel a subtle and sometimes not-so-subtle spiritual current running through your entire four-body system. The ascension seats will help strengthen your grid system, revitalize your molecules, build your Light quotient, and accelerate your ascension.

The Ascended Masters have given us a variety of seats to prevent boredom and to spice up our spiritual exploration. I would recommend using the first three ascension seats on the list primarily after you ascend. Working with ascension seats on the galactic and universal levels before you have even ascended is getting a little ahead of yourself. You are certainly welcome to experiment with them a little bit, however. Use the other ascension seats for your regular, ongoing meditation work.

The only ascension seat on this list that I have ever before seen in a book is the one called the Atomic Accelerator, which Saint Germain spoke of in his wonderful books, the I Am Discourses. The rest have all been channeled from spirit and are truly a divine dispensation for humanity at this most wondrous time.

Ascension Technique Number Twenty-two

Call forth from Sanat Kumara, Vywamus and your own mighty I Am Presence a firing of all your fire letters, key codes, and sacred geometries from the twelve dimensions of reality. Upon your doing this, infinitesimally small fire letters, key codes, and sacred geometric shapes will come pouring through your crown chakra and begin flowing through your entire meridian system. The higher you go in spiritual evolution, the more key codes and fire letters are available for activation and anchoring.

Ascension Technique Number Twenty-three

Call forth the Microtron from Metatron. The Microtron is a type of microchip and energy latticework that is laid in and that allows for the availability of the highest level of ascension energy you can potentially receive.

Ascension Technique Number Twenty-four

Call forth directly and specifically the ascension energies to come down through your crown chakra. Djwhal Khul has told us that they can be seen as golden-white Light. It is a good idea to start every meditation by invoking this energy to make the ascension connection.

Ascension Technique Number Twenty-five

Call forth a Light shower from Archangel Metatron, the Mahatma, and Melchizedek. Begin a dedicated focus of intent to build your Light quotient every day, ultimately to the 80% to 83% needed to ascend.

Ascension Technique Number Twenty-six

Call forth from Vywamus and Djwhal Khul the matrix-removal program. This is a most wonderful, divine dispensation recently received by humanity from Sanat Kumara and the Spiritual Hierarchy. I first learned about it from my compatriot in Djwhal Khul's ashram, Marcia Dale Lopez. My knowledge was then increased further through channelings by my wife Terri during a recent workshop we held at our home.

The basic concept here is that the Spiritual Hierarchy has now been given permission to actually pull the fear-based programs right out of your subconscious minds and four-body systems. This is done in the way a gardener pulls weed out of the earth. The fear-based programs actually look like dark weeds with many roots when you look at them clairvoyantly. This matrix-removal program has never been available to humanity before this time; it is brand new. Ask Djwhal Khul and Vywamus to be set up in this program on the inner plane. Also, just request in your meditations that all your fear-based programs be removed. It helps if you can be specific. This work can be done when you are in an emotional crisis or when you are feeling good and just want to do some refining work.

In a recent workshop, Djwhal Khul told us that in one weekend, 45% of our core fear had actually been removed, pulled out, and completely erased from the soul records. This is quite extraordinary, as I am sure you will agree. It is available to you for the asking.

Ascension Technique Number Twenty-seven

Call on Archangel Metatron for a 100% Light quotient increase. This is one of my favorite ascension techniques and I use it all the time. I use it not only in meditation but also while watching television with my wife late at night. Believe it or not, my best Light quotient building has occurred during these times. I am a firm believer in time management. Some of my best ascension work is done while standing in line at the bank or grocery store or while running errands. Metatron is a most glorious being and has great abilities in the area of Light technology.

Ascension Technique Number Twenty-eight

Go to the Golden Chamber of Melchizedek and request to be initiated into the Order of Melchizedek by the Universal Logos Melchizedek himself. Whatever level of initiation you have achieved is irrelevant; just ask to begin this process and ask for his blessing. Melchizedek is the being who ensouls the entire universe, and it is the Order of Melchizedek that is the core, essence, and antecedent of all spiritual teachings on Planet Earth. Who better to initiate you into this order than Melchizedek himself?

Ascension Technique Number Twenty-nine

Call forth to your own mighty I Am Presence for the spinning of all your electrons at the same frequency as the electrons of the Ascended Masters.

Ascension Technique Number Thirty

Every day, go for what I refer to as an ascension walk. This is another one of my favorite spiritual practices and is actually one of my favorite parts of the day. Begin your walk by invoking one of the ascension seats or a Light shower from Metatron, Mahatma. Melchizedek or all three. Then just walk and try to remain a little more receptive than normal. If you get too masculine, or active, in your thinking you can disconnect the energies a bit. No harm done; you can just call them in again if this begins to happen. This particular ascension technique is also good practice for bilocating when you are using the ascension seats. By this I mean part of you will be in the ascension retreat and part of you will be walking. It is good to begin practising doing two things at once even prior to your ascension.

I do want to say here that it is possible to do too much ascension seat activity. The physical body needs some time during the day to run its own natural current. Practice a lot but do take a break. The energies will usually stop on their own during meals, driving, and more masculine yang activities.

Ascension Technique Number Thirty-one

This ascension technique I call the ascension buddy system. It is not essential that you do this with another, but it can greatly accelerate your personal ascension to team up with a friend or group of friends for your ascension practice. I do this with my wife Terri, with Marcia, and with my dear friend Karen. Recently, this core ascension group has grown even larger. Djwhal has said that this works sometimes like the positive and negative poles of a battery. We spark each other and channel forth different rays of the Creator. Two or more people become almost a group entity. A group mind is formed and the acceleration of any one member is automatically translated to the entire group. This further erases all competition and comparison, for the Masters tend to initiate simultaneously groups of people working together at a similar level of evolution. Did not Jesus also speak of "two or more" being "gathered in my name." Meditations always are more powerful when done in a group.

I spend a lot of time meditating with friends over the telephone. Marcia and I spend a couple of hours a week doing this, even though she lives in New York and I live in Los Angeles. I seem to meditate much longer when I do it with a friend. Time passes more quickly and it is more fun.

Ascension Technique Number Thirty-two

Call forth from Melchior, Lenduce, Vywamus and Sanat Kumara an anchoring of the Light packets of information from the higher university on Sirius. These are actually like metaphysical Light envelopes that are programmed into your computer banks and four-body systems. Ask every night before bed to travel to Sirius while you sleep to attend the higher university.

Ascension Technique Number Thirty-three

Do these meditations especially at the full moon of each month and during other special astrological configurations such as Wesak, Christmas, December 31 st, on spiritual occasions such as the 11: 11 or the 12:12, during meteor showers, on saints' birthdays, and so on. These times allow for special openings, gateways and downpourings of spiritual energies. They can provide quantum leaps of energy that many weeks of meditating can sometimes not provide.

Ascension Technique Number Thirty-four

Call forth from Vywamus, Sanat Kumara, Djwhal Khul and your own mighty I Am Presence for the anchoring of your monadic blueprint body. Ask that this body now replace the previous, tainted blueprint you have previously been working from through all your past lives. This will provide you with a perfect blueprint for your physical vehicle to work from. Many people never recover from chronic physical health problems because of this issue. Also call in the MAP Healing Team and the Etheric Healing Team to repair any damage in the etheric vehicle that needs repairing from all your past lives and your present life. The value of this simple ascension technique cannot be overestimated. Call to the Arcturians and ask to be taken to the Mechanism Chamber any time you need physical healing.

Ascension Technique Number Thirty-five

Call to your mighty I Am Presence, Vywamus and Djwhal Khul and ask that your monad (your spirit or mighty I Am Presence) be permanently anchored into your physical vehicle. This can be done for you upon request. It will greatly accelerate the merger of your personality, soul, and monad which is, in truth, what ascension really is.

Ascension Technique Number Thirty-six

Before bed every night, ask to be enrolled in teleportation classes on the inner plane. Your spiritual body will receive all necessary information, which will be stored up until that time when you are ready to really do it. Djwhal Khul has told us that realistically you need to have almost completed your seventh initiation and be up to the 96% to 98% Light quotient to actually do this. Teleportation, of course, is the actual moving of the physical body from one location to another. Teleportation is not a requirement for completing the seventh initiation, but it is an option.

Ascension Technique Number Thirty-seven

Request, either in meditation or before bed, to be enrolled in Djwhal Khul's second ray Light quotient building program on the inner plane. This program is orchestrated by Djwhal Khul and is much like an intravenous needle giving nutrients to a hospital patient. While you are sleeping, the Light quotient is "dripped" at a gradual and safe rate into those who are enrolled in the program. Regardless of whether you are personally connected to Djwhal Khul's ashram, you are welcome. The chohans of the seven rays send most of their students for training to Djwhal's ashram. It is good to take advantage of the different programs going on in all seven ashrams - those of El Morya, Kuthumi and Djwhal Khul, Serapis Bey, Paul the Venetian, Hilarion, Jesus, and Saint Germain.

Ascension Technique Number Thirty-eight

Call forth from Vywamus and Djwhal Khul the permanent anchoring of the cosmic heart. This invocation speaks for itself as to its intent and purpose.

Ascension Technique Number Thirty-nine

Call forth to Vywamus, Archangel Michael, and Djwhal Khul to place a golden dome of protection around you at all times. Request that Vywamus bring forth his golden hands moving them through your fields to remove all alien implants, elementals, negative entities, imbalanced energies, and etheric mucus.

Ascension Technique Number Forty

Call forth in the place where you meditate or hold classes a permanent ascension column to be set up by the Ascended Masters. If necessary, set up two of them, one in your meditation room and one in the room where meetings are held. As you evolve, your ascension column will evolve. All who enter it will be helped and accelerated.

Ascension Technique Number Forty-one

At the end of your meditation, call forth what I am calling here mini-tornadoes to help blend your higher bodies with your four-body system (your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies) on Earth. The mini-tornadoes are infinitesimally small tornadoes that blend and merge the higher bodies with lower bodies. These tornadoes almost sew the two bodies together. They can be seen clearly by those who are clairvoyant. Those of you who are not clairvoyant can trust that they are there and will anchor at your slightest invocation.

Ascension Technique Number Forty-two

Call forth from Helios the anchoring and activation of your ascension healing module. This ascension healing module is a specific type of merkabah that, upon request, can be programmed for ascension activation. It can also be extremely helpful in facilitating the anchoring and firing of all the fire letters, key codes, and sacred geometries I spoke of earlier.

Ascension Technique Number Forty-three

Call forth from the Mahatma and your own mighty I Am Presence for a widening of your antakarana, or rainbow bridge, on both a personal and a cosmic level so that a greater amount of God-current can flow into your field.

Ascension Technique Number Forty-four

Call forth from your own might I Am Presence and monad an anchoring and activation of your unified chakra. When you ascend, the seven chakras become one elongated chakra. This can be invoked and set into place before you ascend.

Ascension Technique Number Forty-five

Call forth from the Earth Mother and Archangel Sandalphon and Khamel an alignment of your personal kundalini with the planetary kundalini. This will facilitate a greater influx of energy through your feet chakras, root chakra and grounding core.

Ascension Technique Number Forty-six

Call forth to Vywamus, Djwhal Khul and the Earth Mother that your personal energies be integrated and aligned with the twelve Elohim computers in the Earth that are in the process of firing and activating over the next five years. As these Elohim computers fire, there will be a corresponding activation within your own being.

Ascension Technique Number Forty-seven

Call forth to Melchizedek to purify your entire being with his golden flame and sacred ash to remove all impurities in your four-body system and to remove all blemishes of negative ego, separateness, and fear-based reactions.

Ascension Technique Number Forty-eight

Call to the seven Ray Masters to shine through the third eye center and connect the force of the rainbow bridge and antakarana, into the light of the ascension column. Request that this be done through the entire chakra column, through the soul all the way back to the monad.

In beginning this meditation, find a comfortable place to sit where you will not be bothered. Face eastward, for the spiritual current is strongest in that direction. This ascension meditation and treatment can be done out loud or silently. It can also be put on an audio tape and listened to before bed at night. Those who are highly motivated might consider taping it and putting it on an auto-reverse tape recorder so you can play it while you sleep.

Within this large tube I now visualize a smaller tube the circumference of my head now moving upward from my crown chakra, up through my soul, up through my monad or I Am Presence, and then continuing up through all three hundred fifty-two levels of the cosmic being known as the Mahatma or the Avatar of Synthesis, and then all the way up to God Himself.

This tube of Light is your antakarana, or rainbow bridge. When you are connected through all levels in your mind's eye, then bring this tube down through the seven chakras, or chakra column, and send it down into the center of the Earth. Your antakarana now goes from the center of the Earth all the way up to God.

Now attune yourself to the presence of God. Chant the sacred sound of Aum seven times and send it up the antakarana through the soul, monad, and Mahatma, back to God. Remain silent for a few moments to experience the effects.

Now call forth from God and the God Force a pillar of God's Light which is now flowing down your antakarana and your tube of protection. Let this Light first fill your physical body, then your etheric body, emotional body, mental body, and spiritual bodies.

Now call forth in your mind's eye the Mahatma energy, which is a group consciousness that embodies all three hundred fifty-two levels back to God. Call forth this Mahatma and Avatar of Synthesis energy and let it first fill every cell in your physical body.

Let it now fill every physical organ with cosmic Light. Let it fill your pineal gland, your pituitary gland, your thyroid gland, your thymus gland, your adrenal glands, and your gonadic and sexual glands. Let the Mahatma energy fill your seven bodies with cosmic Light. The Mahatma energy is the highest cosmic energy that is available to us on Earth, according to Vywamus. Take about fifteen seconds or more for each chakra to fully invoke cleansing, perfect healing, and balancing for each chakra. Once you have perfectly purified, cleansed, healed, and balanced each chakra with God's healing Light, then request an activation for the perfect integration and balancing of your chakras so they function as one unified chakra.

Now call forth the violet flame of Saint Germain to bathe your entire being in his violet transmuting flame. Let this beautiful violet energy flowing down from God transmute any and all negativity into the purity and perfection of God. After bathing in this energy for about fifteen to thirty seconds, then call forth the golden twelfth ray and allow it to bathe your entire being in the energy of the Christ consciousness. Now request God and the God force to be placed within your living Light merkabah vehicle. See the merkabah vehicle as a double-terminated crystal that surrounds your entire body, with another horizontal double-terminated section coming out the front and back of the vertical part. The merkabah vehicle will help to accelerate and quicken your overall vibrational frequencies. It is also a vehicle in which you can soul travel during meditation or while you sleep at night. Place yourself fully within the merkabah vehicle now and allow it to spin clockwise. This spinning allows you to become even more attuned to the cosmic pulse and frequencies of God and the God Force.

I now call forth the complete descending and integration into my being of the raincloud of knowable things! I Am that I Am. Aum!

I now call forth the trinity of Isis, Osiris, and Horus, and all pyramid energies that are aligned with Source to now descend into my consciousness and four-body system and to become fully activated now.

I call forth my fifth-dimensional ascended self, who is already ascended within the understanding of simultaneous time, to now meld its consciousness with my unified field and aura. I Am that I Am. Aum!

I call forth my spiritual teacher, (insert name), to descend through my crown chakra and meld his or her ascended consciousness and Light into my consciousness and four-body system. I Am that I Am. Aum!

I hereby call forth the great God Flame to now descend and integrate and blend its greater flame with my lesser flame on Earth. I Am that I Am. Aum!

ATP or Adenosine Triphosphate or Adenosine 5'-triphosphate in the cells as viewed by Higher Evolution serves an antenna for receiving Light, energy and information. Light, energy and information can be looked at as being the same Thing. Increasing the levels of ATP in the system can increase the ability to receive Love and Light.

Some websites report that ATP cannot be directly supplemented because of it's tendency to be destroyed in the digestive system. Some delivery systems are said to have been developed that coat the ATP to allow it to pass to a point where it can be used by the body to actually increase ATP levels, but below might be some ways to indirectly increase ATP levels.

Creatine Monohydrate ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Creatine ) is viewed as one way to increase ATP levels. Creatine is said to be used by bodybuilders to gain muscle mass and strength, so if dainty is the goal, using Ribose ( http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/issa36.htm , http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ribose ) may be another way to increase ATP levels. Mathew tried a Creatine formula that contains both, and spent the morning in new states of bliss in the bathtub. The energy "created" by these supplements is likely coming from The Source.
