hm, i suppose I am lost. I've never really got into the whole chakra approach in meditation. However, funny I say that, the CD compilation I am listening to right now is called "The Chakra Journey" which is a 2 CD set from overseas by a label called Return to the Source. People say it sucks because it's too simple, I find it to be really relaxing and meditative in and upon itself.
