Ask your Higher Self to take you up to your Soul Star with the Light and energy. This may take some practice. With daily practice, the Light will surge to the Soul Star. Let it come down gently, 20 seconds is proficient. Instantly is too fast. When you are able to do this with your Higher Self, you are able to connect the three fold flame into your soul star and connect it within to the Arch of the Covenant. You have taken the consciousness of God within the three-fold flame up to the Soul Star. You then connected it to the consciousness of the Arch of the Covenant, and brought the consciousness of the Arch of the Covenant down into you. Envision the Arch of the Covenant going into your Zeal Point and anchoring there from the Soul Star. It is by taking the three fold flame into the Soul Star and the consciousness of the Arch of the Covenant, that you are able to bring it down into your physical body to the Zeal Point.
