Do a number of galaxies not make up a universe? In universal activation, one might work/play with being a universal level ascended Master, possibly embodying a universe in consciousness and beingness. In the book, "Cosmic Ascension" there is a section on universal activation, but no mention of cosmic activation. It is believed that at the time, being a universal level ascended Master was on the fringes and/or nearing the end of what was attainable by a being starting out as a standard 7 chakra human in this incarnation. In the effort of connecting the completion of cosmic ascension to anchoring the body of God, evolving the chakras into electrons, and becoming one with Father-Mother God in consciousness and beingness in the manifest and the unmanifest, we will describe a way that this may be done.
Dr. Stone doesn't seem to mention practices for multi-universal or cosmic activation, but for complete covering of the bases in addition to doing all of the exercises for remaining centered, increasing the ability to hold more Light, etc in the books, one may go through the books and apply the same formula of activation from solar, galactic and universal activation for the multi-universal and cosmic activation, calling upon the multi-universal logos, The Mahatma, the Cosmic Council of Twelve then Father and Mother God.
Dr. Stone talked of there being 352 initiations before being able to complete cosmic ascension, and 330 chakras associated with returning to Father-Mother God. The triad of Archangel Jophiel, Kuthumi and Sharon Shalana Hillis are said to have 270 chakras, have returned fully to Father-Mother God, and have evolved beyond the point of using chakras and using electrons. They are said to have created a hologram of Cosmic Ascension completed on planet Earth and reduced the number of initiations to two which are completed in spirit. Holograms of Light are said to be what are continually creating the matter and energy (possibly space and time) of this and other realities. If Father-Mother God are creating this reality using "atoms" and ARE this reality, would atoms or electrons not be the basis for their beingness and a possibly higher step on the spiritual path?
It is believed that the first electron is received during planetary level ascension, is in the heart, and allows Masters to exist and operate in no-time or the un-time. Upon the completion of Cosmic Ascension and attaining God consciousness and the Body of God, the Soul Star used in the Soul Star Mantra, evolves into the soul star or core electron, the third eye evolves into the third eye electron, the zeal point chakra into the zeal point electron, the crown chakra into the crown electron, the earth star chakra(s) evolve into the earth star electron. There is said to be a navel electron, a throat electron, and a fourteen flames of God electron. Word is that electrons contain the consciousness of God, are used in manifestation (like atoms), and also spin out the Light of rays 15--The Absolute Light--through 84.
Upon reaching the heart of God in consciousness and beingness, holding ray 14, the Clear Light of God, sitting comfortably in the Godhead Ascension seat (after working up through the previous Ascension seats on the planetary and cosmic levels), installing and activating the chakras, we hear that one can move on to Archangel Jophiel, Kuthumi and Sharon Shalana Hillis' first book "Healing Yourself and Expanding into Your Adam Kadmon Body" to integrate Cosmic Ascension, activate the Arch of the Covenant and become a Solar Cross among other gifts. Some of the exercises could very well be in this tribe.
One could then if one were so inclined move on to "After Cosmic Ascension, Becoming One with God", to assist with becoming one with the totality of the Great Central Sun or the totality of the manifest, then go 78 levels deep into Infinity through the heart of Mother Earth, 78 levels deep into the heart of God, then go through a special pathway in the electron in the heart of God into the unmanifest to become one with the totality of the unmanifest.

The process for universal activation is again exactly the same. Instead, now you will be moving up to the next octave. For this I recommend calling upon Melchizedek, Metatron and possibly Sai Baba for help. Ask to be taken to the Golden Chamber of Melchizedek where you will be worked on by his high-level universal initiates. The same six principles apply: (1) universal body; (2) universal chakras; (3) universal sun; (4) universal soul braiding; (5) universal overlay; and (6) universal bridging.
The process begins with requesting the electrical bridging or rewiring to prepare your twelve body system for the next higher voltage of energies. At this level you will be bringing the next fifty chakras, or chakras 150-200. In the beginning, you can again focus on 150-157. Once the bridge work is done, then continual calling forth of the universal, or Zohar body begins as well as the universal sun, universal chakras, universal soul braiding and universal overlay or divine blueprint.
